Please review the following agreement stipulations. By completing the form, it is understood that you agree to the terms and conditions of the contract.

I, the undersigned, agree as follows:

1. For valuable consideration, I grant to Hint of Whimsy Photography and their legal affiliates the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, and/or my legal dependents for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval.

2. It is understood that all of the materials, reproductions, media, electronic and digital copies of the materials are the sole property of Hint of Whimsy Photography. I agree not to contest the rights or authority granted to Hint of Whimsy Photography hereunder. I hereby forever release the rights or authority granted to Hint of Whimsy Photography from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs or demands whatsoever arising by reason of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or any other personal property rights from or related to any use of the materials.

3. I understand that Hint of Whimsy Photography is under no obligation to use the materials.

I hereby warrant that I am a legal competent adult and a parent or legally appointed guardian of the minor, and that I have every right to contract for the minor in the above regard. I state further that I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and that I am fully familiar with the contents of it. This release shall be binding upon the minor and me, and our respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
